The PRE'19 Student Paper Competition is organized to encourage students and recent graduates to present their original research (oral and poster) in the best possible way. This contest is open to Graduates, PhD students and Post-doc not above the age of 30. To be eligible for the award, students must have their oral/poster abstracts accepted for presentation at the conference, and they must be regularly registered as students. Award Certificates and prizes for a total of € 1500 will be awarded to two orals and two poster presentations judged the "best" overall in their category, based on the content of the presentation, the quality of the visual display of information on the presentation, and the ability of the student to successfully present the subject matter. In order to apply for the competition, the candidate must fill the online form by September 2, 2019. A panel of members from research and academic sectors will judge the presentations. The judges will hear the oral pressentations and look at the posters during the poster sessions. The judges' decision will be final and no clarification will be given. The winning presentations will be announced at the closing of the conference. |
