Registration

Registration fees:

• Regular: 450 € (early fees), 550 € (late fees)
• Invited: 350 € (early fees), 450 € (late fees)
• Student: 300 € (early fees), 350 € (late fees)
• Conference diner only (for accompanying person): 100 €
  

These fees include 20% VAT (N.B. only payments from French CNRS labs are VAT-exempt).

The on-line registration form will be open from February 4, 2019 to September 3, 2019.

Late fee is required if payment is received after August 1, 2019.

Note that you have to pay immediately at the last step of the registration procedure. You can not register first, then pay later. 

Registration fee covers (except for "Conference diner only"):

• 3-day public transportation pass, including all buses and trams (except airport special shuttles, i.e. lines 98 and 99),
• Participation in all conference activities (oral/poster sessions),
• 5 Coffee-breaks,
• 3 Lunches,
• Conference dinner on Thursday, September 5.
